At Pence, we know a strong workforce diversity program will only be effective with internal support. To ensure greater employee diversification, Pence actively recruits, hires and trains a diverse workforce. In addition, we offer mentorship programs and job shadowing opportunities to high school and community college students; our most recent partnerships included Chemeketa Community College, Salem/Keizer School District and Dayton School District.
